Danko Djunic announced offer for takeover of 48.09% of stocks of
Economic Institute in Belgrade for 32.3m RSD
On June 6th, businessman Danko Djunić
announced the offer for takeover of 48.09% of stocks of the Economic
Institute in Belgrade for 32.3m RSD, which would make him the sole
owner of that institution because it already owns 51.91% of stocks.
Djunić offered
1,080 RSD per stock for 29,934 stocks of the Institute that deals
with economic researches, which is also the average pondered price
of these stocks in the last three months.
The offer was published in daily newspaper "Politika"
and it will be open prior to June 26th.
The value of individual stock of the Economic Institute is currently
1,080 RSD, while the market value of the Institute, according to
the web site of the Belgrade Stock Exchange (www.belex.co.yu), amounts
to about 67.2m RSD.
Economic Institute realized profit in amount of 532,000 RSD in 2007,
while the capital of the company was estimated to 39.5m RSD.
According to the data provided by the Central Securities Registry,
Djunić owns 51.91% of stocks of the Economic Institute.
