Advancement
towards key managerial functions - presentation of Mokra Gora
Management School's curriculum on February 4th
The
Mokra Gora Management School will present its curriculum for this
year at noon on February 4th in hotel Holiday Inn.
The
Mokra Gora Management School (MŠM) was opened in autumn 2009 as
the school for professional advancement of managers with the aim
of transferring managerial knowledge, raising the level of the
management's expertness and increasing the capacities of the economy
of Serbia and the region.
This
year's curriculum has five pillars. The standard offer includes
open seminars, Summer Talent School, four Vivaldi forums and "in
house" programs for companies.
Open
seminars, which are profiled in advance, are brought in accord
with the best European practice and structured in the way to provide
tactical instructions for further learning and independent work.
They are mainly intended for the students attending the intermediary
management course for education and advancement aimed at efficient
execution of their current tasks and preparation for promotion
to key managerial functions.
Successful
realization of the curriculum and applicability of knowledge gained
at the seminar are guaranteed by lecturers (Luiz Heeren, Srdan
Janicijevic, Milan Parivodic, Vladimir Krasojevic, Rade Pribicevic,
Sanja Bratina, Lila Radonjic...), eminent experts with rich practical
managerial experience in various fields: from the basics of management
and business strategy, through finance and law, to media relations.
Summer
Talent School and Vivaldi forums are new in our market. The Summer
Talent School is intended for the final year students and those
who have just graduated and want to gain knowledge in field of
corporate management before they get job and, thus, get ready
to apply what they learn to their first job. The themes of four
Vivaldi forums will be the relevant management themes, and they
will be organized at the beginning of every season and represent
the gathering place for significant people from the world of business
who will exchange their experiences and opinions with the aim
of improving business conditions in Serbia.
Special
guest at the first Vivaldi - Managerial Forum, which is organized
by the Mokra Gora Management School and the Institute of Economics,
will be a representative of INSEAD, one of the most elite business
schools in Europe. The forum will deal with the issues of professional
development of managers in Serbia. It is intended, primarily,
for general and HR managers. Participants in the event - the managers
of successful domestic and international companies, representatives
of the state, educational institutions from public and private
sector and association of entrepreneurs - will exchange their
opinions, share the experiences and search the answer to the questions
where we are now, what the problems and solutions are, what the
economy needs and how the offer of educational system in field
of professional advancement of managers looks like.
The
Mokra Gora Management School offers over 40 corporate programs
for development of professional managerial skills on demand and
in accordance with the needs of the company that orders them.
It also organizes a group work with managerial teams such as "team
building" or "kick off" meetings before important
projects.
This
year, the Mokra Gora Management School will be working on improvement
of cooperation with the government institutions, government and
non-government organizations, educational institutions, associations
of entrepreneurs, professional organizations. Already in April,
the Mokra Gora Management School and the Association of HR Professionals
will organize the first HR Academy.
All
programs will be realized on Mokra Gora, in hotel "Mecavnik".
