Danko Djunić, Partner and Co-Chairman

Mr. Djunić has worked as a financial consultant on more than one hundred projects and studies in various economic fields, such as: business valuations, restructuring and transformation programs for major companies in Yugoslavia. Many feasibility studies; market research; corporate development; financial analysis; regional development; due diligence programs; financial restructuring and rehabilitation of enterprises; financial modeling; management information and decision support system design; cost accounting and related systems design and implementation; etc.
Mr. Djunić has authored more than twenty articles and papers in various professional journals.

Aleksandar Vlahović, Partner and Co-Chairman

Mr. Vlahović has more than twenty years of experience in financial advisory, privatization and corporate and bank restructuring in Central and Eastern Europe. Mr. Vlahovic was the Minister of Economy and Privatization, Republic of Serbia from 2001 to 2004 responsible for economic structural adjustment resulting in more than one billion euros inward investment through privatization and presence of over 25 large multinational companies such as: Holcim, LaFarge, Phillip Morris, Henkel, British American Tobacco, Lukoil and others. During government tenure he has attended BoD posts with the Bank Rehabilitation Agency, Developmental Fund of Serbia, Commission for restructuring state companies and others. Mr. Vlahovic was responsible for institutional setup and capacity building of the Privatization Agency, SME Agency and the Guarantee Fond.

Dragan Lazarević, CPA, MBA, Partner & CEO

Mr. Lazarević has more than fifteen years of experience in finance, public accounting and financial advisory in the US and Central Europe. He had significant exposure with US SEC and has worked on a number of SEC companies including Principal Mutual, Coventry, MAMSI, and others. He is a US MBA graduate and holds a US Certified Public Accountant certificate. Mr. Lazarević has been in Central Europe region since 2001, and as a partner of Deloitte Central Europe has previously advised many multinational corporations on their investments in Central Europe including US Steel, Coca-Cola, Matav/Deutche Telekom, CEZ, Basic Element, Telia Sonera, Hellenic Petroleum, JTI and others, with aggregate deals in value of over EUR 1 billion.
Mr. Lazarevic has an MBA in Financial Management from the University of Maryland, USA. He is a holder of CPA qualification and a Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
